Jeff Nash founded Nashional Investments in 2017 and serves as its President and Chief Investment Officer. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in tax planning, financial advising, retirement planning and investment management.

Jeff oversees the firm's investment strategy across alternative and traditional portfolios, from DSTs, Opportunity Zone funds, private markets and structured notes to stocks, bonds and ETFs. His Master of Taxation shapes how the firm works: every recommendation is weighed for its after-tax result, not just its headline return.

Jeff is also a founding partner of Nashional Tax Planning and a co-founder of Fiduciary Financing. He is based in McKinney, Texas.

Denver McClure is a Partner at Nashional Investments, where he leads the firm's real estate and alternative investment practice, including 1031 exchanges, DSTs, Opportunity Zone funds and digital assets. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and an Investment Adviser Representative.

Denver owns multiple investment properties across Dallas-Fort Worth and has worked through acquisitions, refinances, renovations and long-term holds as an owner himself. When a client is deciding whether to sell, exchange or hold, he has been on that side of the table.

He holds the Certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets (CBDA) designation from the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals and leads the firm's digital asset advice. Denver co-founded Fiduciary Financing with Jeff Nash and is Managing Partner of Christian Brothers Roofing, a veteran-owned exterior contractor serving Dallas-Fort Worth since 1983. He is based in Lewisville, Texas.
