Who we serve

Our alternative strategies are available only to accredited investors.

Most DSTs, Opportunity Zone funds and private offerings are sold only to accredited investors under SEC rules. We work with individuals, families and business owners who meet that standard, and we confirm eligibility in our first conversation.

Where we start

Three moments that call for more than a stock portfolio.

45
Days to identify
180
Days to close

A 1031 exchange runs on a federal clock that starts the day your sale closes. We plan the replacement before you list, so the deadlines do not make the decision for you. Calculate your dates.

80
Days until the new Opportunity Zone rules

Opportunity Zone rules change on January 1, 2027.

Gains invested on or after that date get a five-year rolling deferral and a 10% basis step-up (30% in rural funds). Gains invested before it follow the current rules. Which side of the line you land on matters.
