This policy applies to Nashional Independent Investment Management LLC, doing business as Nashional Investments, McKinney, Texas. Until our revised policy is adopted, the privacy policy currently in force (PDF) governs.

Our commitment
Protecting your personal information is part of our duty as your adviser. We hold ourselves to professional standards of confidentiality, and we explain here what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect nonpublic personal information that you give us or authorize us to obtain, such as your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, income, assets, account numbers and balances, and investment experience. We also receive information about your accounts from custodians and other firms you authorize.
How we use and share it
We use your information to provide advisory services, open and maintain accounts, process transactions and meet legal and regulatory requirements. We share it only as needed:
- With custodians, broker-dealers and service providers that support your accounts and our operations, under confidentiality terms.
- With our affiliated companies, such as Nashional Tax Planning, Nashional Insurance and Fiduciary Financing, to better serve your needs and to tell you about services that may help you, including when we refer you to one of them.
- With non-affiliated partner companies only with your permission, for example when you ask us to introduce you.
- When required by law, regulators or court order.
You may ask us at any time to stop our affiliates from using your information to market to you. Your choice applies until you tell us otherwise.
Technology and service providers
We use technology providers, including software that uses artificial intelligence, to support research and operations. They may process information only to provide services to us, under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Our website
When you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter, which is processed by our website host. Our planning tools run in your browser and do not store or send what you enter. Our site loads fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address.
Text messages
If we communicate with you by text message, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing.
How we protect it
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, including secured systems and files and limited access to client information. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
